We know from personal experience that there’s absolutely nothing worse, as a client, having to chase multiple people to get answers in regard to your sales progression. This is why we always keep you in the loop – even when there’s not necessarily an update, just so you’re informed. Charley, our Lead Valuer, is on hand at all times of the day (even on weekends!) to communicate with.

Mike

Mike Hannigan is the Managing Director of Address and has spent more than 10 years building a reputation within the property industry across Chester and the surrounding areas.
 
Passionate about doing things differently, Mike created Address with a vision to break away from the traditional estate agency model and deliver a more personal, honest and relationship-driven experience for clients. His focus has always been on outstanding communication, strong marketing and creating a business that genuinely puts people first.
 
With extensive experience across residential sales, lettings and student property, Mike is known for his energetic approach, local knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
 
Away from business, Mike is proudly family-focused and believes the values of trust, loyalty and community should sit at the heart of both family life and professional relationships.
Ewelina

Ewelina

Ewelina is the General Manager at Address Estate Agents, overseeing both Address and its sister company, Bed Student Rentals. Since joining the property industry in 2016, she has developed extensive expertise across insurance, property management, and multi-branch estate agency operations.
 
Throughout her career, Ewelina has successfully led administration and property management functions across eight branches, helping landlords and property investors navigate complex and ever-changing legislation. Having worked through regulatory changes in Scotland, Wales, and now England, she is particularly skilled at translating complicated legal requirements into clear, practical guidance for clients.
 
Driven by a genuine passion for property, Ewelina progressed into senior leadership roles, including Head of Property Management & Administration and Client Account Manager, before becoming General Manager. Her commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence continues to support the growth and success of both businesses.
 
Outside of work, Ewelina enjoys walking her dog, travelling, attending the theatre—especially musicals—watching films with a glass of wine, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Charlotte has over 13 years’ experience in estate agency starting as a compliance officer, working her way up to the Valuer position. Charlotte offers a second to none – personable experience, listening to all your needs when moving and helping you throughout the whole process.

Maya

After graduating from The University of Sheffield, Maya joined the Address team as a Marketing and Sales Assistant. After taking a few months out to travel around South-East Asia, she’s now back and has settled back into her role with enthusiasm and fresh perspective. New to the industry, Maya is excited to grow professionally and is eager to learn everything that goes into successfully marketing a business.
 
Outside of work, she loves spontaneous trips to new cities, where she enjoys exploring new music scenes.

Eloise leads the creative digital strategy at Address, combining a passion for lifestyle storytelling with a data-driven approach to social media. Holding a First-Class BA (Hons) in Philosophy, she has an “outside of the box” approach to content creation.  She has recently spent three years operating in fast-paced, luxury environments in Australia and travelling extensively across Southeast Asia. Her love for discovering new cultures and architectural spaces inspires her role as our Social Media Manager. Adept at content curation and high-level engagement, Eloise excels at showcasing the unique character of our homes, keeping Address at the absolute forefront of the local property market.
 
Beyond work, Eloise has made it her life’s mission to visit as much of Europe as she can now that she is back over this side of the world!

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

Money laundering refers to the process by which individuals attempt to conceal the true origin, ownership, or control of funds obtained through criminal activity, making them appear as though they have been generated from legitimate sources.

Address Sales and Lettings is committed to complying with its legal responsibilities under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, along with any other applicable laws designed to prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

As part of these obligations, Address Sales and Lettings works closely with Propertymark and HIPLA to ensure appropriate identity verification checks are carried out for all sellers and buyers at the outset of a professional relationship.

Our team will therefore collect valid identification documents, proof of address, and proof of funds at the start of any transaction.

Where required, the firm also takes reasonable steps to confirm the origin of both the client’s wealth and the funds being used in transactions handled by the company.

In addition, we maintain internal procedures to ensure that any concerns or suspicions relating to money laundering or terrorist financing are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Address Sales and Lettings is supervised by HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering purposes and is committed to keeping its compliance procedures and policies up to date.
